The focal point of our kitchen is our Robata Charcoal Grill. To reduce food miles we only cook with seasonal produce. All our ingredients are sourced from farmers & producers committed to sustainability & high welfare.

We source our meat directly from Sally at Downs Land in Surrey. Sally is dedicated to high welfare farming and specialises in rare-breed Gloucester Old Spot Pork, native grass-fed Beef and Southdown Lamb.

We’re proud of our long-standing connection with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, such as Natoora, Neal’s Yard Dairy, Brindisa, Soanes Poultry, Ellis & Jones, Lambton & Jackson, and The Sauce Shop.
